4. ENJOY! :)

I made this today for lunch and everyone loved it. I like it cause it's very easy.

I also made this today:

HOT COCOA
(G.R. pg. 1)

Ingredients:
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
5 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Marshmallows (optional)

Equipment:
Wooden spoon
Stove
Saucepan
Cups

1. Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt in saucepan.
2. Add water and stir till smooth. Cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add milk, heat thoroughly, then add vanilla and beat with an egg beater. (The directions tell you to do this, but you can just stir it with the wooden spoon you're already using.)
4. Serve hot with marshmallows, or a teaspoon of whipped cream.

I LOVE this hot chocolate, I make it a lot. It's very good.

  1. What?! How do you make nachos with no cheese?!

My family's nachos are probably not considered "easy." :-D

We cover a cookie sheet in chips, put a cup or two of shredded cheese over the top, dollop with salsa, jalapenos, and refried beans. Bake/broil whatever until everything is all melty. Then top with sour cream to taste.
Mmmm totally worth running the oven.
